This is a great opportunity for an experienced and talented Sous Chef who has experience in catering for massive conference and banqueting or staff dining units.

Comprising of a choice of venues, facilities include; brasserie, refectory, bar and main restaurant which is a very busy operation. Superb facilities for both corporate and private entertaining.

Events range in size from small to large, with wedding parties in high demand. Various events can be running at any one time

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on and creative Sous Chef with experience in catering for massive numbers 600+ and who is able to run a busy kitchen and manage a team of up to 30 permanent chefs.

You will be financially astute and able to create bespoke, innovative menus within budgetary constraints. Leading by example, the role would suit an individual who has a genuine passion for food and you will strive to drive the food offer forward.

The role would suit a flexible individual who is able to work weekends and evenings but you will be well rewarded for your hard work with competitive salary and excellent career progression due to the size and reputation of this well known company

Salary Expectation: £10 p/h Negotiable for right candidate
