The class is an hour and a half long from 7.30 -9pm
The cost is £10 or £8 concession

Dru is a very inclusive style of yoga, passed down through generations and based on the ancient traditions of yoga. Dru has many modifications making it accessible to all, it's movements flow with the breath and the use of visualisation enriches the mind and soul as well as the body.

Always ending with a deep relaxation Dru is a powerful stress buster and a style of yoga that works on the many levels of our being.
