Children, adults, and older people are invited to dance together whether they are 7 or 97, a beginner or a professional at ‘Big and Small; Free Dance Sessions for All.’ For 5 sessions families, friends, and neighbours can dance together for free. Working with a prop each week every body regardless of age and ability is catered for with carefully designed movement activities.

Created and delivered by Laura Aldridge of Another Dance Company ‘Big and Small’ aims to bring community members together to have fun and make new friends whilst participating in healthy positive activity.
