The Lavender Hill Festival takes place this Sunday (June 27) with a fantastic variety of entertainment, alfresco shopping and fun activates for residents of all ages.
Market stalls will line the pavement between 11am and 5pm and the entire street will be decked-out in lavender.
Fun and games for children will include face painting, a Punch and Judy show and a collection of farmyard animals.
Other highlights include live music, a tombola, barbeques and plenty of fresh food and drink.
Entries to this year’s inter-school Lavender Creative Writing Completion will be up on display and the six winners will be presented with their prizes at The Kisse Bar, 43 Lavender Hill at 1.30pm.
The festival has been organised by Wandsworth Council and the local business community.
